The theme song for the upcoming video game “Mirror’s Edge” will be performed by Lisa Miskovsky. I guess this will be one of the first times a song from a video game is going to make the “heavy-rotation” list on radio. Great work EA & DICE!

I have gotten some new games this week and I can really recommend 3 of the following games.
Samba De Amigo: Finally a Wii game that makes me really want to get a Wii. Wish I still had it for my Dreamcast…
Sonic Chronicles: Sonic + Bioware + Nintendo DS = Sure win!
LittleBigPlanet: I have since I saw it the first time really loved this game and I got my first hands-on at this years Leipzig Games Convention and all my expectations were fulfilled. This game has endless possibilities. This is a must-have if you have a PS3.
Saints Row 2: This is my least favorite game this week. Not a big fan of sandbox games. Didn’t like GTA IV. Didn’t like Saints Row 1. And to be honest… I think I like Saints Row 2 even less. Warning!

One of my favorite Swedish artist, Anna Ternheim, is going to release a brand new album “Leaving on a Mayday” on November 12th. And being the kind person she is, she has deceided to give away for free the first single from that album on her official website.
The version she’s giving away is the acoustic version. The album version is more up-tempo and I like the direction she’s going since moving to New York City.
Hopefully the new album will be released as a special edition as she has done with all her previous albums which includes a second CD with all the songs on the album but acoustic versions aka Naked Version.

If you’re a fan of Damien Rice, you should know who Lisa Hannigan is. This is her first album since going solo. For a taster, check out this video of the song The Man I Love.
The Irish Times gave the album a 5 out of 5 review.

Something totally different from what you would expect from Kanye West. He performed this new song at the VMA’s and now it’s finally up on itunes. This is the second edit of the song after listening to what the fans had to say about the song.
